The firm has represented hundreds of clients in juvenile court neglect and termination of parental rights proceedings in Connecticut. Our services include all aspects of the closing process from preparing and negotiating contracts, drafting deeds and explaining the sometimes confusing adjustment computations for oil, taxes and mortgage payoffs.

Our office represents individuals and businesses in structuring and closing their commercial loan. Most commercial loans can seem very complex at the outsight. Our attorneys will breakdown the process and guide you through the closing. We will work closely with the loan officer and bank attorney to make sure the process is smooth. ESTATE/PROBATE ADMINISTRATION
Probate involves winding up the personal assets of an individual after death. The process is governed through the local probate court in the town in which the individual died. Probating an estate involves overseeing the appointment of executors and administrators, filing a list of assets with the court, filing state and federal tax returns, and we will attend all probate court proceedings. Many law firms make this sound like a complex area of area and subsequently charge excessive fees. We will simplify the process and charge a reasonable fee. Our goal is to help you and your loved ones through this process and reduce the emotional and financial strain by efficiently completing the estate in a timely fashion
CONSERVATORSHIP
Our attorneys have been appointed through the local probate court to manage the affairs of many individuals who were unable to take care of themselves due to age or illness. We are familiar with the probate process and court rules and can make this process easier on the family members and loved ones.
EMPLOYMENT LITIGATION
Our office represents employees in a variety of matters relating to the employment relationship including discrimination claims, sexual harassment, wage/hour and unemployment matters, wrongful discharge and employer/employee relations. We are familiar with the process from the Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities, state court and federal court. Our attorneys will attempt to negotiate a settlement on your behalf without the need for complex and time consuming litigation. However, if necessary we will fully litigate your case through the court system.
APPEALS
Our attorneys have substantial experience in representing clients in appeals before the Superior Court and Appellate Court of Connecticut. We have also represented clients in appeals to the Second Circuit Court of Appeals in New York. The appeals have dealt with land use, tax, family law, criminal, driving while intoxicated and civil matters.
DIVORCE, CUSTODY, CHILD SUPPORT AND VISITATION
We represent clients in initiating and defending divorce, legal separation and pursue temporary orders to protect our clients? interests while the case is pending.
