After graduating from Manchester High School in 1988, David went on to Trinity College in Hartford earning his degree in 1992. He then entered New England School of Law in Boston graduating in 1996 with a law degree. He was admitted to the Connecticut Bar and immediately began working with his father in Manchester. He has further invested his time and expertise as a member of the Manchester Board of Education.

David represents individuals in all aspects of residential real estate refinances, purchases and sales. He also handles commercial real estate transactions. David makes it a priority to be available to speak with all his clients about each step in the real estate process. It is not uncommon for David to have multiple meetings with his clients prior to the closing to make sure his clients understand the process and the documents they will be signing at closing. David has also handled many purchase and sales of liquor stores, restaurants and bars.

A large percentage of David’s practice is conducted in the Connecticut Probate Courts. David assists clients with any and all probate matters including estates, conservatorships, trusts and guardianships. He also represents many individuals with elder law and Title 19 planning issues. David has been very successful in getting his clients on Title 19 and he has won cases that were appealed.

David has further experience as a personal injury attorney. He has handled all types of cases including but not limited to automobile accidents, slip and fall accidents and wrongful death as the result of medical malpractice. He has been able to negotiate large settlements for his clients through
mediation and settlement negotiations.

David also handles divorce, custody, business formation, civil litigation and estate planning.

David is married to his wife Laura and has three daughters, Julianna, Ella and Grace. He enjoys golfing and skiing.
